Patricia has been in the healthcare industry throughout all of her career, starting out in larger hospitals before transitioning to start her own practice, Sunrise Skin and Wellness to pursue her mission of providing holistic healthcare the way she believes it should be. A complete focus on the patients and not on the tedious administrative procedures and protocols of larger hospitals and healthcare centers. Patricia’s practice primarily deals with patients with medical skin care issues, but also provides services for primary care, weight loss, and general wellness. Patricia is also the founder of her own nonprofit, Sunrise NPPA Derm, that helps bring together nurse practitioners and physician assistants as a community, helping them learn and develop in their professions while also working to instill and maintain their values as healthcare professionals.
